The Sea Life Safari is a boat ride your kids won't soon forget. They depart from the Clearwater Aquarium and the Clearwater Marina. Once on board your journey into a better understanding of the life within the waters of Clearwater begins. A biologist is on board every trip and doing real reserch. This is the only boat in the area that is licensed to pull a Trawl net. The net brings up salt water creatures of every kind. Starfish, seahorses, puffer fish, baby sheepheads, is an example of what you'll get to see. They put all the finds into clear containers and pass them around for closer inspection. You'll stop at small Bird Island where the kids can climb a tree or explore.
A big group can fill up the boat and sailing times cahnge seasonally. It is best to call ahead to make sure they have room on the boat and confirm the departing time.
